7th Chakra or Crown Chakra
The crown sits flat on the top of your head. This chakra is your gateway to the God of your heart, whether you call it Spirit, the Universe, Supreme Being or Divine Mind. This is where information or guidance from Spirit is received into our consciousness.
Breathe in the color of violet and imagine it filling the top of your head, your crown chakra, and releasing all energy that interferes with your guidance and communication with the God of your heart.
